Dr Dan is an awesome and caring human being. I literally could barely walk into his office and now I feel so much better❣️I’ve learned more about my body, posture, nutrition, and exercise than ever before from any Chiropractor. He truly cares about each patient and this is the only practice I have ever been to where you have a workout room to do exercises before adjustments to loosen you up. He also sends you emails packed with information weekly which is invaluable. It’s such a “family practice” where kids are allowed to explore their surroundings and patients all socialize with one another. This is an awesome practice where you get healed in many forms. Dr Dan and his team help you to help yourself. Go and get aligned in body, mind, and spirit. Go catch the vibe❣️ 😁👍❤️

They really put your health into your own hands. They facilitate my movement and give great adjustments. I’m happy to go there every week to relieve my pain. I’m looking forward to doing a soft wave session aswell.

Each time I visit family health chiropractic is like visiting family. Dr Daniel has the gift of healing. I was having extremely debilitating lower back pain and was quite nervous and leary about the softwave treatment I was scheduled to recieve at FHC. Dr Daniel and his team are wonderful and professional. I have never seen an initial consultation so thorough and serious. I have back and neck pain for years and for the first time a doctor was able to nail a diagnostic and offer me a concrete solution. In addition, the office is full of good vibes and the fees are fair. I am so glad I found them!

Dr. D conducted a thorough examination and evaluation. He was honest and forthright regarding what he could do to improve my health. He considered all my existing conditions and developed a program that addresses those conditions. His approach includes warm ups and post-adjustment procedures that improve the overall effectiveness of the visit. The staff is friendly and helpful and each visit is a positive experience.

Dr. Daniel knows what he’s doing even with difficult cases such as mine. He listens to his patients and treats accordingly, is thorough, taking the time needed. The staff is wonderful and there is never much of a wait. They schedule efficiently unlike other offices I’ve been in where it’s crowded and you have to wait and then the apt feels rushed.

Dr. Daniel and the whole Family Health Chiropractic staff are the best! I’ve seen him weekly throughout my pregnancy and have felt so safe and taken care of. They are kind, professional, and down to earth. Having a Webster certified chiropractor was important to me, and he has taken the time throughout my pregnancy to explain my body’s changes and provide the support I need. I had been struggling with neck pain and visited many chiropractic offices throughout the years until I was introduced to Family Health Chiropractic by a relative. After my first visit, I became a regular patient of Family Health Chiropractic they are the best and have been a blessing to me. The feeling after being adjusted is incredible. I highly recommend Dr Daniel he is the best at what he does and is full of knowledge. Michelle and Brandy are very kind and helpful. You will not regret it!! This is by far the best chiropractic office.

DON'T WAIT TIL YOU’RE HURT TO GO!Dr. Gonzalez is not my first chiropractor, but definitely my last. He is my wife's doctor, but wasn't yet mine. On April 2nd of 2015, I injured my upper back and was suffering from arm pain and numbness. I was in constant pain, was not able to work out and was now relegated to 3-4 hours of sleep a night. To say I was grouchy after two weeks is understating it. Since I live north, I gave another facility a try because of location. It was very "assembly line" and frankly after three visits, I still felt the exact same. At my wife's insistence, I came to Family Health Chiropractic.Significant difference in my injury after just one visit. I also appreciate how FHC take x-rays. I believe it's prudent on their part for the safety of the patient as well an effective means for the doctor to diagnose your issue and see what direction he needs to take you in recovery.Here it is March 2021 and I’m back with my upper back again. Gonna have to change my workout routine and also incorporate the exercises Dr.D gave me to do at home. (Sorry, Doc)See you guys Tuesday!P.S. They are not expensive but also accept Care Credit if money’s tight.

I have been totally impressed by Dr. Daniel and his staff! After suffering from neck pain and stiffness for 18 months and trying multiple chiropractors, massage therapists, and even acupuncture, I searched online for "best chiropractor in Austin" and found Family Health Chiropractic. I scheduled a consultation and right away could tell that they were not going to take a one-treatment-fits-all approach. They did a full exam on my first visit, including posture screen tests, weight distribution measurement, Tanita Body Composition Testing and X-rays. Then Dr. Daniel came in and explained the results and went over the X-rays with me. It was immediately clear why I had been experiencing neck pain, and he suggested a correction plan. They bill directly to my insurance so I only have a small co-pay. For 4 weeks I am going in 3x/week, and then they will reassess to determine how to move forward. I like that they use a combination of exercises and adjustments. Appointments are always quick, as the office is efficiently run and managed. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Daniel. I am feeling better already!

I have absolutely adored going to Family Health so far. They have been attentive, informative, and understanding of appointment reschedules. There is a refreshing attention paid to some light physical therapy which is a far cry from the mediocre chiros I’ve seen in the past who seem to think that simply cracking my back twice a week and sending me on my way will solve my problem. Chiropractic care may not solve every problem but it is definitely worth seeing if Family Health can make a real difference in your quality of life. Highly recommended! Note: Dr. Daniel uses a mixture of drop table, tapping, and manual manipulation. If you are nervous about any of these techniques, talk to Dr. Daniel or the office staff and I’m sure they can either explain the benefits or alter the care to make you feel more comfortable.

I have known and have been under Dr. D’s care since 2007. I have never had a bad experience and he has helped me become more functional considering my collegiate/professional sports injuries. Dr. Daniel, Michelle, and Brandy are amazing people! My back and neck have been giving me troubles for years and I was kind of hesitant to try chiropractic care. I couldn’t have found a better Doctor to start out with. Dr. D does such a great job of explaining what he’s doing and how different things in the body can affect other parts. Been going to Dr. D for years. My son has been going to Family Health Chiropractic since he was 18 months old (chronic ear infections using antibiotics very often) and my daughter since she was 4 days old (eczema). They have had 1 sick visit between the two of them since then and today are 16 and 11 years old. What Dr. D. and FHC have done for my family has been life changing to say the least. Most recently my son was having extreme lower back pain after football practice. It took some work and time but he is stronger and all the pain is gone. We are healthier and happier because of them!!

Dr. D is the best Chiropractor I’ve ever been treated by—after 15 years of recurring back injuries, I’ve seen quite a few.I was referred to Dr. D 2 years ago by another chiropractor because of his specialization. I went though a very painful 6 months of treatment recurving my spine after suffering several herniated disks. Everyone at Family Health Chiropractic was great. Even after completing my treatment, I’m still willing to drive an hour each way for an adjustment.All of FHC’s five star reviews are legit- they really are that good.

I found Dr. Daniel after a year of visiting doctor after doctor for health issues I was experiencing. I decided to step away from conventional medicine and find a functional medicine doctor and I’m so glad I did. Being treated by Dr. Daniel has been the best experience I’ve had with medical care/holistic treatment and chiropractic care. It’s hopeful to find a doctor who shows genuine care and problem solves to help provide relief to his patients. He listened to my concerns, ordered extensive blood work, and thoroughly explained the results and how I can approach a treatment plan. And his approach to chiropractor care is gentle and effective and alleviated carpal tunnel symptoms from a neck injury. Not only is he the best at what he does but he’s a kind person. I drive an hour both ways in Austin traffic to be seeing by him so that goes to show how great he and his staff are.

Dr. Daniel was the third chiropractor I used in Austin and I feel like I found the right place. He was able to adjust my back effectively, I’m about as flexible as a rhino, and the two previous chiropractors weren’t able to align my spine. He also gave me a ton of simple exercises to do to make my spine curve properly. The staff is easy to talk to and very helpful and they feel like family after only a couple visits. Would definitely recommend.

I have been thoroughly impressed with this chiropractic office. They take a holistic view of the body and offer a wealth of information on health and specific exercises and stretches you can do to help yourself in your own time. Each office visit encompasses a lot more than just chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Daniel is very caring and extremely knowledgeable and I am very happy with the experience so far. I have only had a few visits but look forward to reviewing again to report great results!

Dr. Daniel is absolutely amazing! Have been to dozens of chiropractic practices around the city but these guys genuinely care about their patients. You get a comprehensive exam with x-rays and everything to really find the root cause of your problem vs the typical “crack crack you’re done”. Super highly recommended!

Dr.Dan has achieved the most long term benefit and progress in improving not only my lower back issues, but also my overall health. I went to see Dr Gonzales based on a recommendation of my daughter a few weeks ago.The first visit, actually free which includes a consolation and x-rays.I always feel welcome when I walk in the door and Dr Gonzales always knows how to make me feel relaxed.I find Dr Gonzales to be very personable and easy to talk with despite the fact that he has a very busy practice, I fell that he takes a personal interest in my treatment.I appreciate the staff and they are always very friendly.Highly recommended

If you're like me, and have been looking all over Austin for a good chiropractor, PLEASE go to Family Health Chiropractic! This place is incredible. They're rated one of the top Chiropractic practices in Austin for a reason! The first time I came in, I was in tons of pain from sudden back spasms. I was treated with such kindness and care and instantly knew I would be in good hands. Every single person working here is amazingly sweet and they really do care about each and every patient. Dr. Dan is the best and I am absolutely convinced he is some kind of spine-cracking wizard!

I am always looking forward to my visits at Family Health Chiropractic! This office has a very warm and inviting energy that makes every visit more and more enjoyable. Michelle and Brandy have been very supportive and knowledgeable and Dr. Daniel is one of the best practitioners I have dealt with! I have been experiencing back pain for a majority of my life, and I was unaware of a lot of the issues I was having up until I visited the office. Since my first visit I have noticed a change in the areas I normally would experience pain, and I am a lot more aware of my posture and how I maintain the alignment of my spine. I am looking forward to how my alignment will progress moving on. I ended up at Dr. G’s a couple years back trying everything I could to avoid surgery and not only have I not had surgery but my back has been the best it’s been in a long, long while. Dr. G cares about your overall health, is constantly learning, and I feel like he genuinely cares that you are better. You also get what you put in. He will give you homework.The office staff has not changed in the years I’ve been there, everyone is helpful and nice. It’s a very easy going atmosphere. I definitely recommend.

Dr. Daniel Gonzalez is that rare health professional who truly cares about his clients. In addition to providing competent treatments, he goes out of his way to let you know he is available should you have questions or concerns. His practice incorporates helpful exercises you can do both at his office and at home that enhance and maximize his work with you.He clearly is always looking for ways to help you improve your health and disseminates regular emails full of helpful suggestions and information, complete with detailed explanations and videos. You feel he is there for you 24/7, not just during the time of the adjustment. We need more professionals like Dr. Gonzalez.

Dr.Gonzalez is the best chiropractor in Austin. Promotes good health and advice as needed. I’ve seen him twice over 6-8 years for my curvature spine. I felt relief immediately after the first 30 days. The staff are easy to work with, and love that there’s no waiting for adjustments.

Dr. Daniel and his staff are consummate professionals, dedicated to perfecting their service to make the biggest difference they can for patients in a way that enables people to maintain and improve their health on their own. It's clear that Dr. Daniel brings an engineering mindset to his practice, where he has clearly tested many different treatments and therapeutic technology to land on what he does. He dives deep into your biometrics and x-rays along with personal interviews to understand your issues and their source and put together a treatment plan based on what he discovers. He then gives you easy to understand reports on his findings, including x-rays marked up with lines, cross sections, and notes to help you understand what you're seeing. Whereas a lot of other chiropractors seem to follow the same routine with every patient, Dr. Daniel seems to personalize his approach to your needs. He gives great adjustments that, again, seem thoughtfully performed based on your issues. And at every step he and his staff are trying to educate you so you can control your treatment and know how to prevent recurrence of issues in the future. Can't recommend Dr. Daniel and his team enough.

Dr. D and his team are super friendly. Dr. D is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I came in with lower back pain. I learned a lot about from our initial x-ray consultation. A lot! My pain gradually began to decrease over the first few adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. D! And his team rocks! They’re very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable!
