Read This if You Currently Take a Multi-Vitamin Purchased from the Grocery or Health Food Store…
Warning: Your Multi-Vitamin Could Be Poisoning You! Does Your Multi Contain These 5 Toxic Ingredients?
Millions of people believe that taking a daily multi-vitamin is a healthy act. And it can be. However… not all multi-vitamins are created equal, and not all of them are safe!
In fact, the majority of multivitamin supplements being sold in the marketplace are just plain crap. This is true even for many that are sold in “health food” stores.
Common Ingredients Found in Multi-Vitamins Prove to Be Toxic!
You’d think that Americans should be the healthiest considering 64% of us take vitamins. Of course, nothing could be further from the truth.
The U.S. is one of the sickest, most stressed out, over medicated and downright toxic countries, and its broken health care system is ranked 37th out of 191 countries by the World Health Organization. It’s far behind countries like the Dominican Republic, Oman, Malta, Saudi Arabia, and Cypress.
Not only are most people in the U.S. and most developed nations not eating healthy or moving as much as they should, they’re relying on synthetic supplements that do little to nothing inside their bodies.
And here’s part of the problem…
Can you tell the difference between these supplements?
Maybe you can spot a few small differences, but what do these even mean?
Which of these multivitamins is healthier for you? If you don’t know, then you could literally be burning your money. Worse, studies have confirmed that taking the wrong vitamins could also be damaging your health.
If you’re like most of my patients, you have a hectic lifestyle but still do your best to get most of your nutrition from real food and that’s great. I also realize that it may not be practical or possible for you to do that 100 percent of the time. That's okay.
That’s why I currently supplement my diet with a multivitamin. But are you 100 percent certain that the multi you’re taking contains what it claims on the label? Or are you confused about how to choose a good multivitamin?
Heck, I don’t blame you. There’s so much confusion and misinformation about this topic that even most health-food store owners don’t have a clue, and it’s not their fault nor yours.
