Dietary Counseling

Dietary Counseling is an individual thing. We believe that there is not one set approach for everyone. We all have different needs, different biochemistry, different genetics and different health challenges and priorities, and so nutrition needs to be tailored to factor those things in.

What Happens During Dietary Counseling?

Dietary Counseling begins with an in-depth nutrition analysis of your current diet, a detailed plan for improvement based on your individual athletic, fitness or weight goals, as well as comprehensive nutritional guidance from one session to the next.

You can opt for one single session or a package that builds from the bottom up!

The dietary counseling package includes the following (with more or less detail depending on the number of sessions purchased*):

  • In-depth nutritional analysis of your current diet
  • Body composition analysis
  • Resting metabolic rate analysis
  • Nutrition recommendation spreadsheet and meal plan with detailed nutritional guidance

Depending on the number of sessions purchased, additional sessions would entail:

  • Meal planning
  • “Kitchen makeover”
  • Grocery store walk through
  • Detoxification & Cleansing Principles
  • Sports specific nutrition plans for training and competition
  • Additional sessions based on client’s needs and request

Dietary Counseling Packages **

1 month (4 sessions)- 4 weekly sessions
3 months (8 session)- 4 weekly sessions, 4 biweekly sessions
6 months (12 sessions)- 4 weekly sessions, 6 biweekly sessions, 2 monthly sessions
12 months (20 sessions)- 8 weekly sessions, 6 biweekly sessions, 6 monthly sessions
*Note: Sessions can be “serviced” both in-person or online/phone
